It doesn’t matter how long we’ve been together, I love finding new opportunities for little tweaks to put slave angie into the mindful moment of a slave. The same is true for small corrections. It’s my mindfulness of the moment, being in the moment to feel the flow and feel where my head is at and her head is at. And to take the time to make the most of a moment, even in a small correction, that shows her that the details can be just as important as the end goal.
We were coming home from our getaway, tired, happy, sated, and hungry. So we visited our favorite restaurant, Pita Inn. I had a plate of chicken shwarma and a small order of hummis in front of me, and angie had a beef shwarma sandwhich. She poked her pita bread into the hummis.
Me: You didn’t wait.
Her: (that oops look)
Me: Remember, wait for your Master.
Little correction, little moment that she feels and remembers that place and I see it on her face. And I am satisfied in her response and her return to mindful slavery.
