[M/s 365] Quiet times

Master Michael:

Shh. If you listen for a moment, you’ll hear how our weekend has been – quiet. Somewhat restful. Centered around home and family. We went to a wedding this weekend, one of the few family events we’ve made it to since getting involved in the title holding/kink-event merry-go-round almost four years ago. The call to ground ourselves and re-anchor ourselves is strong in us both. We’re starting on some facelifting projects around the house. It will do both of us some good.

So while not a lot “M/s’y”, definitely a lot just house and home-wise. And the peace and quiet of a Saturday evening spent at home, just enjoying the stillness of being at rest.

slave angie:

No unpacking and repacking to be done just home projects and talking about getting ready for the Holiday season to settle in, I keep feeling like there is something we’re forgetting to do. I’m waiting for the “OMG we’re going to miss our flight” nightmares to start. LOL

Looking forward to the next few weeks and now i get to daydream about New York City at Christmas.

  1. I hope you and your Mistress have some time together soon. I know you guys are very busy, from what you’ve blogged about.

We’ve learned to take a moment – a coffee date, a long drive, a 30 minute lunch – something, anything, to help us make the time to talk and to just be with each other. Our windshield time has been a wonderful gift quite a few times.

    1. Thank you. We’re looking forward to it. We’re not familiar with this thing called “rest”, although we’ve heard rumors of it. Hopefully we’ll discover it after March 2015, when we step aside. 🙂
